These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and 09bbe ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the 09bbe website located at 09bbe.pro and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Service"). By registering an account, accessing any game, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the conditions listed below. 09bbe reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be verified.

You Must Confirm That:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum age requirement to use the 09bbe Service and is strictly enforced.
• You are accessing the Service from a location where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You are acting as a principal and not as an agent on behalf of any third party. You are registering and using the account solely for your own personal entertainment.
• The funds you deposit are not derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source. You accept responsibility for compliance with all tax obligations applicable to any winnings.
• You do not hold, and have not previously held, a self-exclusion status with 09bbe. Where self-exclusion is active, you must not attempt to open a new account or circumvent any restrictions in place.

09bbe conducts identity verification as part of the account registration process and at various points during the account lifecycle as required for KYC compliance. Failure to provide accurate identity information, or the submission of fraudulent documentation, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending balances.

Deposit Terms

09bbe accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for mobile banking users, as well as Visa and Mastercard for card payments. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit ceiling for standard accounts. Deposits are credited to the player's 09bbe wallet upon successful payment confirmation from the respective payment provider.

• Deposits made by the account holder may only be used for wagering on the 09bbe platform. Deposited funds may not be transferred to third parties or used for any purpose other than participation in the games and betting products available on the Service.
• 09bbe does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on the payment account used for deposit must match the name on the registered 09bbe account. Deposits from unverified third-party sources will be returned and the associated account may be subject to review.
• 09bbe reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit and to request evidence of source of funds where required by applicable compliance obligations.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals from a player's 09bbe wallet are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the payment provider's availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Processing times for card withdrawals may vary.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not yet completed their identity verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing until verification is successfully concluded.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or placed on hold pending investigation if 09bbe has reasonable grounds to suspect bonus abuse, fraud, collusion, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant funds will be held until the investigation is complete.
• Only real-money funds that have satisfied any applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus balances that have not yet met the rollover requirement may not be withdrawn and will be forfeited if a withdrawal request is submitted before rollover is complete.

Prohibited Conduct — The Following Actions Are Strictly Forbidden:

• Colluding with other players to gain an advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional offer. This includes chip dumping in poker, coordinated betting to exploit bonus terms, and any other form of collusive play.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to gain credits, free plays, or any other advantage not intended by the platform design. Any winnings derived from exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen card details, or compromised mobile banking accounts to fund a 09bbe account. All payment fraud is reported to the relevant authorities and will result in immediate account termination and legal referral.

All content on the 09bbe platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the 09bbe brand name and associated marks — is the intellectual property of 09bbe or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the 09bbe platform without the express prior written consent of 09bbe. Unauthorised use of any 09bbe intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

09bbe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Service and close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure described in these Terms.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the 09bbe support process shall be referred to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
